Gyulakeszi vinecellar

At the bottom of Csobánc hill there’s a small vinecellar in an amasing environment. We planned to add it with a small room continuing the existing building under the same roof, the walls would’ve been covered with local stone similar to the existing stone fence to slightly differ from the existing part.
Unfortunately the plans remained on papers, as te local regulations would not permit any building where the vinecellar existed, so it could not be expanded at that place according to the regulations. In many cases the good will and purpose isn’t enough.
